Are Paradyes hair colors safe to use at home?
Yes, our semi-permanent hair colors are DIY-friendly, ammonia-free, and enriched with herbal extracts like Aloe Vera and Brahmi to nourish your hair while coloring.
Do I need to bleach my hair before applying the color?
For vibrant results, especially with pastel or neon shades, we recommend pre-lightening your hair to a level 9 or 10. However, some of our deeper tints work beautifully on dark brown hair.
How long does the hair color last?
Our semi-permanent colors typically last between 8 to 15 washes, depending on your hair porosity and your aftercare routine.
What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email once dispatched.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Due to hygiene reasons in the beauty industry, we only accept returns if the product is damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely! Paradyes is proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of our product development.
